Koru is a basic bush campsite but plenty of space and native plantings mean tents need not be squashed together. However, a communal fire pit and benches provide a great social area for quiet evening gatherings.

The  recently extended kitchen shelter has cold running water, a two burner gas hob and BBQ along with a limited selection of pans and cooking utensils. (You are advised to bring your own mugs, plates etc.) Alongside the kitchen is a covered seating area as well as outdoor tables and chairs. The campsite has two toilets and a shower room as well as a hot shower and a wood fired bath located in the bush.  A range of outdoor games, tree swings and a slide are provided for the children.

Access to our small on-site shop provides the ability for campers to restock and re-hydrate and a fridge next to the shop is available for campers use. Charging facilities and free wi-fi are also available. Many come for one night and end up staying several!
